Fabrice Cuchet

Fabrice Cuchet is Chief Operating Officer since January 2021, and a member of the Executive Committee of Candriam since 2009 and has been a member of the Group Strategic Committee since 2016. 

He was previously Deputy Chief Investment Officer & Global Head of Multi Asset since 2019, Chief Investment Officer - Alternative Investment since 2006 and Deputy Head of Alternative Investments from 2003 to 2006. He launched and managed Long Short Equity, Long Only Quant processes and SRI Equity funds. Fabrice joined Candriam in 1999 as Head of Long Only European Equity and was promoted to Head of Long Short Equity in 2000. 

Prior to joining Candriam, Fabrice was Head of Equity Investments at Dresdner RCM Gestion where he developed quantitative models and managed multiple European funds for 7 years. He Started his career at Dresdner Bank in 1993. 

He holds an Engineering degree from ENSIMAG, a master’s degree in Statistic and Stochastic analysis as well as a degree from the French Society of Financial Analysts.
