Vincent Hamelink has been Chief Investment Officer at Candriam since 2011 and a Member of our Executive Committee since 2009. He has been appointed member of the Group Strategic Committee since 2016. He is also a member of the Board of Management of Candriam as well as of the Branch Management Committee of Candriam Belgium.
In 1994, Vincent joined BNP Paribas (which became Cordius Asset Management in 1996) as a Financial Analyst and became a Fund Manager in 1995. He was appointed Head of Fixed Income in 1997. On Cordius’ merger into Candriam in 2001 he became Global Head of Fixed Income and a Member of Candriam Luxembourg’s Management Committee.
Vincent holds master’s degrees in Commercial, Fiscal and Financial Sciences, and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2001.
