Célia Fseil

Head of Equity Market Neutral

Célia Fseil is the Head of Equity Market Neutral at Candriam, where she leads the development and management of market-neutral equity strategies. She has held this position since 2025, after joining Candriam in 2022 as a Portfolio Manager.

Previously, she worked at SG29 Haussmann as a Quant Equities Portfolio Manager in 2021, following a role as Quant Analyst from 2018 and Risk and Valuation analyst at Société Générale CIB from 2014.

She holds an Advanced Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance & Risk Management from ENSAE Paris, and a Master’s degree in Economics & Financial Engineering from Université Paris-Dauphine. Celia has also been a lecturer at Université Paris-Dauphine since 2019.
