Helena Colle has been Candriam's Global Head of Corporate Development and Sustainability since 2020 and is a member of the Executive Committee. She leads company-wide business initiatives, focusing on change management and sustainable development.
Previously, Helena held positions within Candriam as Global Head of Corporate Development, Advisor to the Executive Committee, and Head of Communications, in which position she managed Candriam's rebranding following its 2014 acquisition by New York Life. Earlier roles included Deputy of Finance, Secretary General, and Product Range Management in 2009. She joined Cordius Asset management, later part of Candriam, as Member of the Direction Committee in 1998.
Prior to joining the Candriam family of companies, Helena held roles at BACOB Bank, including Head of Financial Markets & Funds and Head of Fixed Income Management.
Helena holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Louvain (Belgium).
