Damien Rol has been Global Head of Legal at Candriam since 2022, and Deputy Global Head of Legal since 2018. He leads legal teams in Luxembourg, Belgium, and France, encompassing the competence centres of the legal operations such as Regulatory Affairs, Investment Transactions, Legal Fund Management, and Marketing, Distribution & Sales Support, etc.
Prior to joining Candriam, Damien was Head of Legal for the Multi Asset Client Solutions division of AXA Investment Managers Paris, in charge of the structuring, launching, and marketing of structured products. Before that, he was a financial lawyer at banks including HSBC France, Société Générale, and BNP Paribas.
Damien Rol holds a DEA in business law from the University of Paris-Nanterre.
