Chafic Jabbour has been leading Candriam MENA activity since October 2017, covering the institutional marketplace our of Dubai, UAE. He coordinates the regional business development efforts of Candriam and its parent company, New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), with its multi-boutique structure of specialist asset managers in traditional and private markets. Chafic joined Candriam in September 2006 to develop relations with institutional investors in the Middle East, based out of Bahrain.
Chafic began his career in trading and private banking at Lebanon & Gulf Bank and Merrill Lynch Beirut.
He holds a degree in Economics and a Masters in Financial Markets from the Saint Joseph University (USJ) in Beirut, Lebanon.
