Bertrand Gibeau is a Partner at Reinhold & Partners, a French consultancy firm. His areas of expertise include creation of management companies and investment funds and governance of investment funds. As such, Bertrand Gibeau has helped many managers establish their management companies. He subsequently participated in the launch of numerous funds and mutual funds in various jurisdictions. He is also an Independent Board Member for different UCITS, AIF and PE Funds. His expertise in governance, recognised in the world of asset management, led him to take part in numbers of working groups regarding governance in the asset management industry at the request of the French authorities.
He started his career in 2002 as risk analyst at Credit Agricole Indosuez. He moved Dexia Securities as deputy head of risk management before joining the French Asset Management Association as Director.
Bertrand Gibeau holds a Masters' degree in Finance from the University of Paris - IX Dauphine and he is member of ILA « Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs ».
