Cristina Lugaro joined Candriam as Head of Distribution Nordics in 2025.
Previously, she was Head of Sales at Ness, Risan & Partners (NRP), a privately-owned Nordic investment firm. Prior to that, Cristina was Sales Director at the Nordic hedge fund Ress Capital and worked at Alfred Berg/BNP Paribas, first as an Investment Specialist covering Global Equities and later evolving into a Senior Relationship Manager role, where she was responsible for the Nordic markets. Cristina began her career at Fortis Investments in Belgium.
Cristina holds an MBA from Solvay Business School in Belgium and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Affairs from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Vesalius College).
