In mid-December, in Paris, at the One Planet Climate Change Summit, Candriam signed up to Climate Action 100+, an initiative designed to improve governance on climate change, reduce carbon emissions and encourage climate-related financial disclosures. So far, 225 investors with more than USD $26.3Tn in AuM have signed up to the initiative.
Candriam is committed to being a responsible company, as testified by its signing up to this and other initiatives, including the Montreal Carbon Pledge Initiative in 2015, and by a recent decision to publish the carbon footprint of its SRI funds.
